After a decade of property development through the contracting arm of the L Petriello Group. L Petriello Developments Ltd was born in 2020 to accommodate the growing demand for both project management services and bespoke private development opportunities.
Fundamental to any successful renovation is having a skilled build team and at L Petriello we have taken our time to develop a core team of experienced professional builders. Each of our projects have their own site manager who ensures timelines are kept to and our high standards and attention to detail is maintained on all our projects.

We provide bespoke and high quality construction, joinery and maintenance services to private clients with prime residences.
Our team is focused on delivering the highest possible levels of quality, service and value to each and every customer. Our business model is based on building long term relationships with clients which regularly span several properties and many years.
From our head office in Cambridgeshire we manage a wide range of projects, ranging from new-build homes, whole house refurbishments and basements to extensions and apartment fit-outs, as well as various joinery and maintenance projects.
We carry out much of our work in-house – using direct labour wherever possible – and place a huge emphasis on the training and development we offer our staff.
Although most of our projects are located in Cambridgeshire, we have the capability to successfully deliver high quality residential schemes for private clients throughout surrounding areas.
